When the car first arrived at their shop I wish they would have believe me and looked at the problem I was having with the car. Carlos had USAA thinking I needed to make another claim on the car. I asked him to take another look at the car, he told me he was confident that it was the opposite tire. I had to take several hours off work to go down to their shop to work it out. In the end they did good work and got the job done.
