No need to contact me. The service center was fabulous! The repair to our car is wonderful. We have no complaints. We liked the txts letting updating us. This is a great service. The only concern we have is the receptionist. She sounds like she's having a terrible day every time you call. She is NOT at all helpful. We called to say we were on our way as it was close to 5:30 on Tuesday. She hardly acknowledged us and rudely said I'll tell them and hung up. We really felt like we had inconvenienced her. Otherwise our serive was fabulous!

I was disappointed that the paint chips on the vehicle were not touched up. I was willing to pay for this service but was told it would be included in the repair. The bumper looks great but now I need to make seperate arrangements to have the paint chips on the vehicle touched up.
