Jake was seriously amazing. He was honest and knew exactly what was going on with my car every time I asked. The staff made the whole process very smooth and painless. Within minutes of telling them I needed a rental they had someone from enterprise there to pick me up.

Rocky Mountain was great to work with. They kept me informed as to what was going on. They contacted the rent a car place to make sure I could get to my rent a car. When I was able to pick up my car they had it looking great. I did find one thing wrong and the acting manager came out and I took my car home. The next day they had some come out to where I work and fixed it right there. You could not ask for better service.
