Well, when I saw the front end of my car. I immediately noticed the gaps, spacing, orange peel paint job, wiring not connected, Shakey/ unleveled hood and the one new headlight along with the old headlight making the quality /appearance of my BMW tacky. This problem needs immediate attention asap.

Paint was not as expected from a good reputation brand new facility. Was offered to have it fixed but not worth the hassle. Quality control not existing or just not being executed on certain jobs.

I was called prematurely that my car was ready, then never received a follow up from my voicemail asking about it or a call when my car was actually ready. I found out by the rental car company telling me I had to return my rental or I’d be charged. Your front desk had the wrong deductible on file when I went to pay and it took 10 minuets for them to confirm with the insurance company that it should have only been $200 not $500. After leaving I found out my backup camera and my backup sensors are not working at all, so there is no way anyone actually tested them to make sure they were re-installed correctly. So now I have to waste more time and time away from work to have you all fix it.
