I was told multiple times I'd get a call when my car was ready but I never got the call. I had to call back to check on it. My dust plate underneath the car was not put back on so it dragged against the road my entire way home until I realized it.

It just seemed like they rushed my vehicle repairs originally. I was told my car was ready the day after I dropped it off and upon inspecting it saw that there was a chip in the paint that was not originally there and I do believe that this is due to rushing the repair process. I left my car there to be fixed on Friday and never heard back anything, until I called to check in on Wednesday. I was told they would call me back with an estimated time to pick up my car on that same day (Wednesday) and wasn’t called until Thursday. The work looks great now, but I’m skeptical because of the fact that they didn’t get it right the first time.
