Service was great, despite a small gripe. When I went to pick up my car I explained to the receptionist that my insurance company waived my deductible. She said no that's not what she was aware of nor what the paper work said
(which is understandable). The fact of the matter is it took me once to say it and a second time with me showing her the email from USAA before she decided to check the "portal". She didn't apologize for the mistake either, just proceeded to hand me my keys and have me sign the release.
