Friendly, Efficient, rapid service with excellent rapport between my insurance company; FARMERS and the body shop and Mr. Barraza. I loved the connection & efficient Communication Mr. Barraza and Hoy had with the rental service in arranging for my rental car while my car was in the repair shop. Second to none. Everything went so very smoothly and without a hiccup. Only thing that could have gone slightly smoother was the extra day I have to wait to have my sensor checked at Lexus. Would have been nice to have had it all done in the two days, rather than three. Couldn’t ask for a smoother process in repairing my LEXUS! Hoy did a beautiful professional job with the repair.
