Everyone involved was professional and courteous. And my car came back cleaner than it’s beem in a while. The entire process was seamless and quick. The “shop foreman” (can’t remember his name) came out and personally explained everything that was done and also explained that the work was guaranteed. I could not be any happier with the process.
Only drove the car home, so can’t comment on any lasting issues, but am confident they will back up their work.

To be honest, I had hesitations on dealing with any body shop in the Houston area. I dropped my damaged vehicle off expecting average service, long lead times, and additional fees outside of my insurance deductible. However, I was wholly surprised with Harris County Body shop. Their professionalism was phenomenal, attentional to detail, perfect, and turn around time, quick. I would absolutely recommend this shop to others. HCBS broke the stereotypical mold of auto repair shops and made it super easy to deal with.
