I was very disappointed with the lack of communication about what was going on with my car. On two different occasions the shop had started working on my car without talking to me first about what kinds of the were going to be done, and whether I was okay with the work they were going to do. In addition, the person assigned to me (I think it was Jim?), would say he would call me back on some of my questions, and I never got a call back. I had to call back and follow up on the questions.

I was very pleased with this body shop with everything from customer service to the actual work. And they were prompt with the work. Said it would take 3 days for work and it was completed in half the time. Not only that but they washed and vacumed my truck. Excellent!!!
