My hubcap is broke ,I took pictures of before and after .and seen it ,they parked car backwards in parking spot so I didn’t see it until I got back to work ..the back hub cap and didn’t even tell me ,they also took pictures when I dropped car off so they should of seen it wasn’t broke when dropped off I have pictures.

Don't repair my car & then tell USAA that my car was totalled. Please make sure you work together with USAA to communicate what is going on. USAA called us and were shocked that we had the car and it was repaired already when they were told by you that my car was totaled. Now they said they have to investigate it.
