We chose Service King because one of our daughters had used them before and was pleased. Also, they were on our State Farm "preferred" list and their location was convenient. Everyone there was friendly and professional, from Barbara who has a great phone voice and demeanor, to Rob who followed our repairs all the way thru, to Brad who checked us in on a Saturday. The repairs were finished several days ahead of schedule. The paintless dent repair for our extensive hail damage was amazing! Most appreciated was the consistent communications throughout the process. We have only had the car back for 24 hours and will keep it garaged for a week before we will get around to using it and inspecting it closer, but everything looks great at first glance. Very pleased so far.
