The service advisor tried to play me for a fool. They didn't do a complete inspection on my car. The alignment is still off. The repair was halfway done. They scratched my taillight lens while it was there. The paint on my bumper is different from the cars color. Just not satisfied with any of the services that they did.

Although I'm satisfied with my repair, the fitment could've been better, but understanding that the bumper is plastic and the front of my car has a weird design, I can let this pass. There were minor scuffs on the grill from the repair as well. I'm thinking the difficulty in replacing this particular bumper may have been a little high for this shop.

Everything looked really good. The paint color was slightly off (you can only tell if you know that it was repaired) and the tire where the repair occurred was 10 psi over the recommended tire pressure.

The employees were very nice and courteous. Mike was our rep and he was great! When we came to pick up our car another gentleman helped us and he was great, too! He was eager and happy to help us while Mike was delivering another car, making our experience smooth and easy. He was able to answer any questions we had. Mike then came to take over and he, too, was able to answer all of our questions and explain what work was done to our car. The overall experience was excellent. I would recommend this company to eveyone I know and even those I don't know, haha. Thank you for everything, you guys are awesome!!
