I was very unsatisfied with the communication. I understand the original adjuster leo was no longer with the company, but while he was still there, he never kept in contact. He did not provide updates. I would have to call him just so he can tell me it's not ready. he never had answers to my questions. once the new gentleman Danny took over my vehicle, it was okay, but still i had to reach out to him to get updates and even when my car was ready, i did not receive the call. I had to find out from my insurance company because they would not extend my rental car coverage. They told me that they were told the car was ready. At least Danny was able to tell me why it was taking a month to get my car fixed. But a month to get a car fixed seemed a little to long for me and the fact i never got updates is just ridiculous.
DO NOT HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE CALL ME! When i needed someone to call no one did, so don't bother to do it now.
