as soon as I walked through the front door I knew my vehicle was at the right place. I was greeted by Bobby who immediately assured me that everything was going to be taken care of and to not worry about the process. Bobby explained in detail what was going to happen approximately how long it was going to take and he was spot on. As he looked at the damage , I was in the waiting area and was again assured by Bebe who worked at the front desk that my vehicle was in good hands. The whole time I was kept in the loop via text of how everything was going up to when I picked up my car. When I did pick up the car again Bobby was there to great me and go over everything that was done and made sure I was totally happy. All I can say is everyone that I interacted with, went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied! I definitely give fix auto 100 stars and would not hesitate to bring my vehicles here.
Fix Auto in Modesto always do great work! I’ve taken my car there twice for repair and comes out looking like new. Not only that but the staff is great! Bebe and Bobby are AMAZING!!! They always make me feel welcome. Thank you very much and I will always recommend Fix Auto in Modesto to my friends and family.
