The customer service was phenomenal. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with BeBe (sp?) the receptionist, that when my insurance company recommended that I go through the at fault drivers insurance, I still opted to use Fix Auto even though they weren’t contracted with the other insurance company. I was willing to make the extra effort simply because the customer service was so impressive. The entire process was seamless and everyone was so kind. I HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto!!!
