The initial date I had gone for my estimate there was no acknowledgment. The engagement was me saying hi! The gentleman sitting in the front says what are you here for ? Not how can we help you. He seemed annoyed and more occupied then wanting to be in the front. The following week I took my car in there was a young lady in front, she was very friendly! The initial day just felt as is he was trying to fill in. Regardless of his main job titile a customer should never feel like their a pest or be asked you want your work done here? Reviews we read is what drove our decision to your place of business! Overall I was pleased with the repair. In the future I would recommend acknowledgment, & engaging a conversation with your potential client.
