The only problem is that I'm still missing my mother's handicap placard, but I'm only about 80% sure it was in the car. I haven't been able to find it in the house yet, though I'm not sure how I lost it. The bodywork was beautiful and very timely and the whole experience was made it very easy for me. Thank you!

I am sorry to get cross about you not taking AMEX cards. I had been on the road for many hours and was tired but I should have been more patient.
Even so, please consider altering your paperwork to indicate that you do not take AMEX. A large number of people use it as their primary (or in my case only) credit card. Just a suggestion.
