Upon returning home and investigating farther, there are ALOT of scratches still on my vehicle and deep scratched in a taillight, as well as the passenger door, back bumper, on the hood, on the front passenger fender, on the drivers side in front of the fender,and on the rear drivers side fender, and a chip off from my chrome piece on the back of the Jeep, as well as drip marks in the new paint. I will be contacting my insurance company to see what action I need to take. This is unacceptable.

Not only did CarStar replace my bumper quicker than I thought they would (Progressive Insurance initially said it could take up to a week when in reality it was only 3 days), but when i got it back, the whole car, inside and out, had been thoroughly cleaned. :-) So awesome!! Text message system was not reliable. I understand that not everything goes smoothly, but the accuracy of the messages needs to be improved. Great concept, though.
