The entire experience was a job well done! I was specifically pleased with the time staff took out to get the process going in the beginning by making phone calls to insurance agents and having the rental place pick me up to get the my temporary ride. I was also very pleased with being updated on the process and verifying via phone that I am who retrieved my car as well as walking around the car with me and my explaining exactly what was done and asking right then if I was satisfied with the results. All staff were able to answer any question that I asked and if they couldn't they would find the answer! This was a wonderful experience! Thanks for fixing my car and making it shine????
