I got 4 separate dates for when my repair would be finished and only got **** days notice with changes. I was told it would take 4 days and it took 9. I had to change plans several times, including cancelling plans to go out of town. I inconvenienced friends and family several times because of these delays. I called the shop to talk to the person who was working on my account and he never took the time to call me back. Unusually inconsiderate as I have done business with this shop before and they have been flawless.
