There is still a scratch on the vehicle where it was suppose to be fixed/replaced. Updates was infrequent, I had to call or email to obtain status of vehicle but it got better the 2nd week because I complained. Vehicle was only partly vacuumed, the back area was not done and Carstar stated they would vacuum the whole car. I gave them a 24 hour head up prior to pick and vehicle was wet at pick up and they had wrong deductible info and had to tell them $300 not $500. Poor communication and inaccurate info provided to customer, did more babysitting , was not a smooth and pleasant experience for me so far, I thought going to Carstar would be a smooth experience since Carstar was referred by my insurance

CarStar is a family owned business. I got the best service ever. From the desk to the car you will not be disappointed. I will be sending everyone I know here. They have experienced body techs that made my car look like it came back off the showroom floor. They even cleared my check engine code. I have used 4 different shops in the greater seattle area, none of them come close to these guys. I couldn't be more pleased.
