It was great. From polite and helpful reception to a job well done. They even shuttled me to and from my house (which was just beyond reasonable walking distance). The whole process was extremely stress free. I was hit by another driver and Carstar and the insurance agency took care of everything for me. Easy breezy and I’ll use then again when need it!

My car was sent in to be fixed in the trunk from being rear ended. Trunk door lock now doesn’t work, there is a piece rattling loose inside the door, and there is a black piece of rubber seal left in the back of the car. I’m not sure where it came from but am assuming it’s important.
