My truck was totalled by 200 bucks more than what insurance would cover. Thanks for jacking the price up. Next time I'll go somewhere that will allow me to source the parts. 4k for parts... I found a whole truck for 1500 that that had the same color paint and no rust... I would have paid you 4k in labor and given you the truck and parts. To top it off your team rammed all the broken disassembled parts into the cab making impossible to get my things out...

Lack of communication with appointed adjuster and me. Very disappointed with the customer service that was given. Car was not returned in a timely manner and when it was returned, several pieces were missing because they were broken when the tear apart occurred. The adjuster also, asked me for contact info for the person from my insurance company to get authorization to release the car. Not happy with cascade at all

We were told that other spots on the car would be painted. They clear coated over rock chips on the hood and made them more noticeable. They blamed the insurance company and said they would not pay them for repairing rock chips on the hood.

I am so impressed with Cascade Collisons customer service the front desk lady was so helpful, she called & had my rental cat there for me within 10minutes. She was very kind & Jonathon was gets a 5 star he was super nice & efficient with his estimate. He even got another scratch off my car that wasn't from the accident. I appreciate his willingness to go above & beyond what was expected. I will definitely be using Xascade Collison again when the need arises.
