Schyler was wonderful at get my car fixed and him& Kirsten were great at keeping me updated on what was happening as my car was getting done !

There was a delay getting it back due to waiting on a part, but they were good to keep me posted and were very responsive, worked with the rental car place, etc. Kiersten was great to work with. I don't typically recommend places, but I would recommend Cascade.

It was a little surprising that there was such a long wait before we could get the car in for repair. And then. The projected date of the repair completion was almost 3 weeks. Luckily you were able to get the parts in a timely manner and the repair was completed sooner. It would have been nice if the car could have been evaluated at the initial visit so the parts could be ordered and available when the care was brought in for repair. All that I talked to were friendly and informative.

My car came back looking worse than it went in. It ran perfectly when I brought it in had trouble starting it and getting at home. People were nice to work with just wasn’t happy with the way my car was cared for. I don’t know why you had to disassemble it I think it was unnecessary. If you break it you should replace it and you broke a lot of stuff that you didn’t replace.
