Great quality work. The only thing that can be improved is the length of time it took for the body work. There was an additional 2 to 4 days for a decal. The Russell and **** repair specialist took a picture of the decal on day one and that is the day the decal should have been ordered. Instead the decal was ordered almost two weeks into the repair which caused the delay.

the repairs took longer than expected, and the completion date kept changing. the door they used to replace my damaged one is used, which wouldn't be an issue if it would have been mentioned, but the weather stripping around the window is dry rotted and the glass is a different tint color than the rest or my car AND is scratched in a number of places. My original windows had no such scratches before it was damaged. I will be calling to ask about what options we have.
