The receptionist was completely rude and gave false information. Numerous times telling us our car rental would be paid for if we didn’t drop off our vehicle a day early from our scheduled time or if we didn’t get back before 5:00pm today. She even told my husband to figure it out because she wasn’t going to stay after 530. Nathan our technician was very helpful and reassured us and made pick up arrangements.

Nathan was awesome! Dropped my car off with a damaged door quarter panel and bumper at around 10. Buy the end of the day almost 80% of the bodywork was pulled. By Thursday the car was finished.
