No one wants to be involved in an accident in any capacity. Liability claims can be very inconvenient for the claimant, but not this time. The staff at Abra made my repair a breeze. The very first visit David was able to accept my vehicle in for repair, unexpectedly. I needed to get to work within the hour, so they expedited the Enterprise rental car and check in process and I made it to work on time. David kept me abreast of the appraisals and work progress throughout the process and was able to deliver my car within the original time estimate. The check out process was simple and they took care of getting my rental back to Enterprise. I would recommend their services to anyone! Excellent customer service!
