As I was driving my vehicle later the same afternoon as I had picked it up from Abra, I noticed that my left turn signal was not working properly. I went home and checked all the rear lights. None of the lights on the rear left side were working. Thankfully my husband was able to correct the issue, as this all occurred after Abra had closed for the day and would remain closed for the remainder of the weekend. It seems to me that checking to make sure the rear lights are connected and working would be a requirement when replacing a rear bumper. Other than that, the employees were friendly and the repairs were done within a timely manner.

Had to return vehicle after 3 weeks of it being in shop, due to the muffler/exhaust hitting my frame causing a very loud ride when in the vehicle. I was informed you would have my vehicle for an UNKNOWN amount of time and I have to wait for the Subaru dealership to fix it. Very unsatisfied. They do fine body work but as far as mechanics they have no idea what to do.

I am very disappointed in the service provided. My car left the shop with an extra dent and more scratches. When we asked if they drove our car any, we were told they drove only in the parking lot over the speed bumps. When we confronted them about our car having over 20 miles on it, we were then told that they drove our car to a different part of Salem to a Mechanic. Why not tell us that when we first asked if our car was driven!? Not to mention that our car almost ran out of gas on the way home because of them driving it around. Last but not least, our car has extra damage that was not there when we dropped our car off. When we called to ask about it, we were told to bring it back to the shop so that they could look at it. All he did was take pictures and told us that his boss wasn't there at the moment and that he would call us tomorrow. Mind you that he had been telling us that he would call and update us the whole time our car was at your shop but he never once called to update us. We are not happy about this and not impressed with this experience at all. We will not be bringing our car here for any future repairs.
