I had a dead battery in a hybrid car that was creating a huge transportation issue that Joe was key to solving the same day I first walked in. It was nice that solving that problem led to getting the car repaired sooner than much later and avoided additional fees related to towing. It was a less conventional solution that led to a greater than expected result. I will definitely use and recommend Abra again.

Tony Michalski treated myself and my car with great care, and all the techs working on my car all did a spectacular job. Paint and installation of bumper, fender, and headlight all went seemlessly. Paint matching and blending was spectacular, practically invisible divide seen by the naked eye. I am more than happy with the work done at this shop. Would recommend to anyone.

Working with Abra was the easiest part of my entire accident. They scheduled everything including the car rental for me, kept me up to date on the progress and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. Being rear ended in a brand new car and having the other party not take responsibility has been frustrating at best, but having Abra to help fix it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you for taking away some of the stress and for being so kind when I showed up 5 minutes before closing time to retrieve my beautifully fixed car.
