Mel and the rest of the team were professional, and kept me updated and informed at each step of the process. The Abra team did what they said they were going to do, completed all steps, and handled my concerns and anxieties extremely well in a calm, reassuring, and professional manner. I’d give them a 10 out of 10. Incidentally, Mel Was instrumental in helping me deal with a secondary accident to my vehicle that occurred out as it was being towed from one holding yard to Abra, which saved me time and hassle. Mel and the staff did a fine job of guiding me through the process. Mel was very knowledgeable and filled in the blanks for me, as this was my first experience with an accident and dealing with the insurance company.
