It literally took TWO weeks to fix my car! Even with a car more damaged than that I’ve never had to wait that long! They ordered wrong parts and parts were delivered damaged... not too impressed. The other Abra quoted me two days and when they couldn’t fulfill that they offered me a rental on the house but this Abra could only apologize numerous times and not seem to care.

Well I think you all did a great job and I only have one small problem and it can probably be fixed pretty easily. There is a little over spray that needs to be rubbed out. But I don’t think that is a bad thing. I think your work and communication was far superior. Great job????

The bumper is not properly attached and the trailer hitch screws are not even the proper size. The screws are loose! There are loose parts to the bumper as well. The office staff is great but the workmenship is nothing to brag about.
