Communication was frequent and cheerful, but vague. Coming along nicely, looking good, etc didn’t tell me when it would be done. Then a text said it was done, but when I called the next day it was not ready for pickup. Then I was not called when it was ready later that day, costing me extra rental car expenses.
At pickup time, there was black goop all over the bumper that needed to be removed, and I found part of the repair (a dented part of the exhaust system) was overlooked, which means a second appointment will need to be scheduled.
The repairs that were done look good. The other issues made the overall experience frustrating.

Everyone was very kind and communication was great. Even when texting didn't work, Nick called me to keep me up to date with the repairs to my car. And while things didn't run as smoothly as they could (only with a couple parts) I was updated with timelines and didn't ever worry about what was happening. Was a nice piece of mind.
