Work on the car itself looks great but it looks as if someone tried to vacuum my car and didn't finish doing it. There are hand marks, finger prints on my dashboard that weren't there before, back seat was pulled forward and everything in the trunk was in the back seat including a bag of kitty litter which had a hole in it thus depositing kitty litter on my back seat. This was left as-is and not cleaned up. I appreciate the gesture of vacuuming my car but if they couldn't finish it, I'd rather they didn't stop in the middle of it and leave everything astray! Very disappointed in this aspect of leaving my car here for repair.

Everything was very cordial, very efficient, bumper looks very good right now. I hope it stays that way. People were very nice.
One complaint - the repairmen left the inside of my car a mess. They scattered all belongings from trunk and left it that way. They didn't put anything back. They removed heavy items from the trunk and put them on the back seat and left them there. It wasn't that way when I came in and I would expect it should have been put back to the way it was when arriving. Everything was in disarray. Your team needs some additional training on organization.
