I had a bad experience with the interaction with one of your employees and with the length and method of communication of my repair. The associate did make the effort to communicate with me afterwards to set things right. That did help, but it left a sout taste in my mouth.

I was satisfied with the repairs to my car. I am very unsatisfied thst my car now is vibrating, my knob facing on my radio is missing and to top it off my car is now runnng hot and none of this was happening before i brought it in for repairs. I drove my car for 2 to 3 weeks before i was to bring it in for repairs and had none if these issues

The experience & customer service was first class. However, the item to be repaired (driver side door) was not done correctly. The door does not close flush. Looks great but does not close flush when the door is closed gently.
