I felt the overall cost of repair was much higher and what are you estimated before I brought it in. when I look at the estimate there was a cost of a right tail light included because some of the clips have been broken in the bumper was removed. I can see paying for the new clips or even for the new tail light but don't have to spend additional money free hours it took to replace it which was the installers problem in the first place.

I answered no for 2 reasons. First, receiving daily or even more frequent updates is good if they mean something. As my husband stated, "it is interesting to receive such precise updates, and yet find that they are so unprecise." My car was updated as possibly being ready for over 5 days. Each time the day and time changed. If I was counting on it's being done, I would've been stuck. Second, when I picked my car up, it was totally empty in gas. I mean my gauge couldn't even register a number of miles remaining. I know it wasn't dropped off in this bad of a state. (Had it been driven a lot for diagnostic reasons?) But, even if it had been, would it not have been better to tell me and to even charge me for 10 of gas? I was hoping to make it a ****/2 mile to a station. What if I hadn't looked? This was not good "service" to me. Other than these 2 points, the men were courteous and it appears my car is fixed adequately. Melanie Mann
