I've gotten my car repaired before and when I picked it up it was emaculent, as if it had came off the showroom floor. The repairs were completed to standard but that was the only part of the truck any attention was paid to. I know it's not a detail shop, but my recommendation is to detail the vehicles once they are ready to be handed back over to the owner. It gives you that pride of ownership again once a damaged vehicle has been repaired and brought back to life. Thanks.

May I just suggest that, instead of answering the phone with 'hello'', answer the phone with the name of your business after greeting the caller.
It occurred once or twice when I called and I thought that I reached a wrong number instead of Car Craft.
