Very proffessional treatment from checking in my car to the notifications concerning progress and status to picking my car up.
The repairs are so good that I couldn't tell where the work had been done. The Paint matches perfectly, even on a 12 year old car.
The entire car was washed and looked much better than before I dropped it off.
I didn't know what to expect, but I am very impressed with Carcraft's work.

Thanks for the continuous updates it was nice to know it was moving along. However you might look into emails because they were almost always slightly off. Email said everything was going great and on schedule for 24th, then shortly after I got call stating everything was going great and would be ready by 29th. I know things change in a minute so I rolled with it no big deal, but I know people can be major a h@ so wanted to make sure you were aware.
