The customer service was amazing! The girl who sits at the front desk was always very kind and explained everything very well. Heather called me multiple times with the latest update on my car.
The service was great! All of the work done turned out beautiful. We were very pleased with the amount of time the work was done in. And getting our car back detailed and washed was an incredible surprise ending to our experience with your stafff.
I will definitely be recommending Car Craft to our friends.

Upon picking up vehicle, scratches in clearcoat above left rear wheel on quarter panel. Should have a better quality control before delivering vehicle to me. Made a note to on duty representative, did not have time to have repaired as it was nearly 6 o'clock on Friday night. Unfortunately I will have to make a special trip just for compounding of scratches!

Onthe day our car was picked up, we received 2 emails, **** ****/2 hours apart. The first said the car was on track to be completed by 4/3/2017. The next one said it was ready. The previous Friday, I went to the shop to get an ETA, and was told it would be ready the next mid-week. So, the next Wednesday, I went back to the shop and was told "April 3" but could not get a reason for the nearly 2week difference. Although the repairs appear to be quality, the tactictics to toy with our expectations are juvenile.
