The only thing I would have liked to have had was an update on the estimated completion. I never heard anything other than the 14th of December and was not prepared to be ready to retrieve my vehicle when informed it was complete two and a half weeks prior to that.

I was very pleased that the work was done so very well and even ahead of schedule. I appreciated the updates and constant contact. All the staff was friendly and responsive. My only bit of sadness is that after over $12,000 in repairs a tiny 2” scratch could not have been at least buffed out because it was part of the hail damage.

My truck had received some serious damage from a hail storm and Charlie got my truck right in to get fixed. They kept updated every week the status of my truck and had it back to me in a short time. Great customer service and staff there. The truck looked great when I received it.
