The original estimated time was about 2 hours to replace my interior door handle. I was there at 1pm and left at 2:01 pm. Was very impressed with the speedy repair that allowed me to go along with my day. This was also hands down the best customer service I have ever had in fixing my vehicle. Will be comming back for any work my car needs. Overall very nice job!!!

It was my intent to pick my vehicle the evening of March 23 , after having been out state. However, at ****:30 a.m. my attempt to retrieve my vehicle failed because the battery was dead. Very frustrating. Also, I have always received a written estimate of repair cost prior to consenting to the repair . I did not receive an estimate from your facility. Had it not been for the suggestion from my insurance company that I have repairs completed at your sho I would have given serious consideration to going elsewhere. Your charge is $1000.00 greater than tthe body shop in St Peter.
