Car 2013 Nissan Altima was returned trashed!!! Chemical spill ruined front passenger leather seat. Numerous other abrasion stains on back leather seat, headrest, back of seat, inside of door, back dash, and console, scratches on back window and trim, loose bezel fit. Pressure stretch in leather from kneeling on back seat. I have pictures. Please insist on seeing them. I cannot believe our car was returned in such a couldn't care less condition. I am absolutely appalled!! I CANNOT believe anyone would just return someone's car like that. You have done good work for me in the past but this experience has shattered my trust. Truly, I can hardly sleep. I just can't believe it.

They got my estimate done right away without an appointment. They were very busy. They kept me well informed with the progress via text and phone calls. They were fast. Dropped it off Monday am, picked it up Wednesday pm. They were very friendly. I would recommend them to others.
