I was disappointed that the staff did not seem interested in touch up while the paint was matched and available - I thought waiting 8 days to redo a front bumper was excessive after making an appointment to come in. I wasn't once updated about the progress of my car - I did get generic messages.

I absolutely think highly of your service and how quickly you handled everything and text updates however when getting home, the rear passanger light is still not working. I thpught it was when I picked it up but sunlight deceived me. That was working 100% before accident. I discussed this with the gentleman when I dropped ir off.
