Yes I am more than extremely satisfied with the work Abra did on the hood of my car. It is gorgeous and the length of time it took was amazing. Only 3 dsys!! I will certainly tell anyone who needs a paint job done to go to Abra on Hixson Tn. Because you guys are the tops!!!!Thank you all again for doing more than a superior job!

When I first set a time to bring my car in for repair I was told it would take a We was told the process would take one week. It ended up taking 11 days. Other than that I had no problem with the service.

-I was told after calling BEFORE the repair that the claim number had been corrected to be accurate before the rapid started.
-The summary I picked up today still had the wrong information on it and I will have to work with my insurance to ensure that I don’t get penalized for an accident repair that wasn’t my fault
- I was never given an update of explanation about why I received at original estimate of 4500 and the insurance got billed for 7500
