Happy with the speed of the repair but disappointed in the large increase of cost after the estimate.

The staff we encountered were rude. My master key was also left in my cup holder of the car for the whole weekend in an insecure area. When we went to pick up the car the staff did not walk through everything that was fixed.

Really appreciated not only how great their work was but also how quickly they finished everything. With most shops I feel it’s takes days because they take in so many vehicles they can’t keep up, but abra finished everything before it was estimated to be done. Also the employees were so kind and helpful. I will only be recommending abra in Rochester.

My experience at abra so far was subpar. It took them over a week longer then the expected day for them to get my car back to me. The new door they put on doesn’t close like it’s supposed to, it came with scratches and a dent, and the window doesn’t roll down all the way which is a safety concern in case of an accident. I have to take my car back again to get the new door they put on fixed. Also, there was no communication or updates during the extra week it took them to get my car back to me. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
