Great team. Customer experience is obviously something Abra strives for. At checkout I noticed all work had been done on the front left. I had commented at drop off about some missin fasteners that may have broken off the left rear when the deer traveled down the side of the van. I asked if the rear fasteners that held the the fender to the wheel well were put in. We went and looked...they had not. The seethe employee commented that he was not aware of that issue and immediately corrected it. He never blamed anyone or showed signs of frustration....just a sincere desire to meet my expectations. It’s frustrating that Abra lost my insurance paperwork and forgot about my appointment. The. Had to keep my vehicle over the weekend and an extra weekday.
