As the guys were all very helpful and friendly to deal with and their customer service skills are great-- the body work done to my SUV was not satisfactory. And even though they are willing to "fix" the issues no problem, now I am inconvenienced at having to bring my vehicle to the shop for another unnecessary visit as the work should have been done properly the first time
