My experience greatly exceeded my expectations! The waiting room is attractive, comfortable, and clean. The staff are all very friendly and professional, the repairs were done on time and look great. Please tell the shop that they are exceptional and I will recommend them to anyone needing work on their car.

I am not happy that the rep did not explain that any additional costs beyond the estimate would be covered where ever the car was repaired, not just at ABRA. The Usaa adjuster told me additional costs would have been covered. It was my preference that our car be repaired else where, but with the belief that any additional expenses,should there be any, would only be covered at ABRA I felt that I was forced to have our car repaired at ABRA.
