I have had a couple of repairs done by Abra and all nice quality work which is why i chose not to use a network provider of progressive but i have to say that there were a couple of disappointments. The detail job was sloppy - cleaner/armoral type was white drips around the door handle and on my speedometer. Then the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was replaced - empty. Tires were haphazardly sprayed with some type of black tire so splotches and runs on every tire. Just seemed very rushed. Wheel seems to vibrate more but we shall see how that goes.
