My completion date was changed several times and two of those times I was not even notified. As I complete this survey my vehicle has still not been completed although I was told today I could pick it up again just another lie. I was not even told it was not ready until I arrived there to pick it up. I will never use capital ford for body work again and this is not the end of this.
