I would like to thank all the members in Ford Coulison, especially Ana who started the communication an let me know what I should do. I contacted my insurance agency an let them know where I wanted the car to be taken. It arrived an she let me know it was there. From there Andrew was in constant communication an letting me know what was all going on with my vehicle. I love Ford. I will always be grateful for the work The Ford Coulison did on my vehicle to get it back to me in the condition as if it came from the factory.

My car was recently hit from behind and I took my Toyota Camry to Capital Ford to be repaired. I had just recently had it painted about 10 weeks prior to the accident and it looked fantastic. My car is almost 11 years old, was peeling and bubbling badly and needed to be repainted. They matched the paint and blended it perfectly. It looked like new. So when I was hit, I knew I was taking it right back to Capital Ford.
Picked up my car today, and once again, they did an outstanding job matching and blending the paint. The repair was perfect, and it has a showroom shine once again.
